A proud moment for One for One at the GLOMO Awards tonight at MWC26.
While we didn’t take home the award this time, we’re incredibly proud to have been finalists in the GLOMO “Marketing for Good” category together with Vodafone Germany.
One for One's success
The GLOMO Awards, presented by the GSMA at MWC Barcelona, celebrate the companies and initiatives that move the mobile industry forward. The Marketing for Good category recognises campaigns that engage audiences while delivering measurable environmental and social results.
After more than 2.7 million scrap phones collected through One for One and two consecutive GLOMO nominations, we know the value of what we’ve built together.
Since the start of our partnership in 2022, Vodafone Germany has embedded circularity directly into device sales. Through One for One, for one new device sold, one scrap phone is collected in countries without proper recycling systems.
Today, more than 2.7 million customers in Germany are using a phone that directly helps reduce electronic waste in areas with limited waste infrastructure.
It shows what happens when sustainability strengthens the commercial proposition.
